"Obama Nation" or "Abomination"?

Abomination - abom·i·na·tion
Pronunciation: \ə-ˌ-mə-ˈ-shən\
Function: noun
Date: 14th century
1 : something abominable

2 : extreme disgust and hatred

Yep! Sounds about the same to me.

It's taken me a long time to post about the election because although the outcome does not surprise me, it is very unfortunate and it's been a bitter pill to swallow. It's unfortunate that long ago Dr. Martin Luther King (a black man), had a dream and that dream was that people would no longer look at the color of a man's skin. And yet they did on Tuesday, November 4, 2008.

And they have NO idea what they have done.

The point is, what's done is done and what will be will be, but you watch and watch closely. He will fail you. His promises... HA! So he wants to extend unemployment, that only means that people won't feel the need to work, but sit and collect what is theirs because really, aren't they entitled? Isn't this the promise Obama is making, that everyone is entitled and they deserve to have what they want. Isn't that the kind of mentality that Dr. King was trying to fight against. You know, you may think that voting for a "black" man (and let's remember, he's only 1/2 black) just made world history... but really, you just set us back decades.

As for your entitlement... my wise father has this little saying and it goes something like this... "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch."

Oh well, enjoy all your entitled to and enjoy it now. But in the meantime, keep a close eye on Israel and Iran. It will be interesting to see what they feel we, as Americans, are entitled to.

You go girl. Girls got balls today! You already know I believe everything you just wrote! We just have to give it time and then sit back and say: "Don't blame me, I voted for McCain!"
